Bush asks Cheney to run as his vice president in the 2000 U.S. presidential election, but only after making a deal. In exchange for running as Bush's VP, Cheney asks for more power than any previous VP has ever had. The cast includes Amy Adams, Steve Carell, Tyler Perry, Jesse Plemons, and more.
